This is one of the reputed private dental college in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. It was established in the year 2006-07 in the k-8, kalinga nagar, post ghatikia area of Bhubaneswar. It is a private hospital. The college is attached to its own hospital i.e. IMS & SUM hospital, SOA university, Bhubaneswar. It is affiliated to Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar and recognised by the Dental Council of India.

The main mission of INSTITUTE OF DENTAL SCIENCES is to provide best oral health care to the population and to provide excellent academic quality to the students.
