It is one of the most reputed and popular dental college in Goa. It was established in the year 1980-81. It is a government dental college. It is affiliated to Goa University and recognized by the dental council of India. The college functions with the mission to provide maximum manpower of highly skilled dentist to the state and the country. It envisions providing affordable oral healthcare to all. The college pictures’ providing sophisticated treatment options to all the patients at reasonable prices. The college is located at Bambolim, Goa. The college is spread across a magnanimous area of 484189 sq ft. The college is attached to its own hospital which is under state/UT authority to cater to the needs of the patients and students.

The college has an excellent team of teaching and non-teaching faculty to enhance the skills and to harness the potential of the students. The college has good clinical facility of about 104 dental chairs to cater to the necessity of the patients. The college also recognizes meritorious students and helps them in acquiring scholarships. The college has an excellent inflow of patient’s i.e. around a lakh in a year. This helps in making the students a thorough professional having patient management and treatment skills par excellence. The college also has a strong alumni association, which helps in career counselling and placement of students.
