It is a private dental college administered by a trust. It was established in the year 1999-2000 at Village - Bhud, Teh. Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. The college is attached to a government general hospital. The college is affiliated to prestigious Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla and recognised by the Dental Council of India.

The college is spread across a sprawling area of 225000 sq ft with a total student intake of around 327 students. It is a premier dental institution with the state-of-the-art infrastructure and highly qualified and experienced faculty and doctors delivering quality education and best oral health care for the entire population of himachal pradesh. The hospital has a well experienced set of faculty to provide excellent academic and clinical excellence. There is 30 seat capacity for boys and 350 capacity of accommodation for girls. The institute has good department based laboratory facility with all state-of-the-art equipments for the benefit of the Students College has a good set up of library for the benefit of the students.

Proper exclusive hostel accomodation separately for boys and girls with facilities of mess, common room and other living amenities are provided at the campus. Hostels are being supervised by the respective Wardens under full control of the Principal. The college has good hostel accommodation and food facilities for both the boys and girls. The college library is having a high-speed internet connectivity with 4 Mbps leased dedicated line. Sufficient computers are provided for use of students and the staff with all supportive facilities along with Xerox facility.

Institute has well equipped sports facilities for the students. The college encourages students to actively participate in sport activities.

The building is spacious provided with stainless steel furniture and sufficient separately for Teaching Faculty and Students. About 100 students can be take canteen facilities simultaneously.
